Built in barbecues are by far the simplest way to construct a permanent barbecue in your back garden. They’re easy to put together (think back to your Lego days) and even easier to use.
Ideally they should be used with charcoal which will add that delicious smoky flavour to whatever you might want to cook.
The main advantage of building your own barbecue is that you can position it exactly where you want and it’ll be ready to use any time you need it. There’s no more faffing about with barbecue covers, you just need to make sure you’re grill is clean but let’s face it this should be done after your last barbecue, not before the next.
