How We Arrange Your Delivery

All times for delivery are quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse, NOT from when the order is placed. If for any reason you place an order and a product cannot be delivered within the timescale advised then we will get in touch with you to give you the chance to change what you have ordered. Please don’t plan for an installer to be at the delivery address until your order has been delivered and checked. (We won’t cover any costs for abortive installations if an item arrives damaged after transit or it’s not suitable for your requirements).


Methods For Delivery

The courier that your goods are sent with will depend on the size and weight of your order. The courier chosen for your delivery will advise on when your order has left us and you’ll be sent tracking information to advise you further on delivery. You will also receive contact details for the courier at this point.


Small Products Deliveries

An email will be sent to you with your consignment number and courier details. This will allow you to track your order online. 

Small Parcel Deliveries May be Made at any time up until 9:00pm, so please don’t panic if your parcel has not arrived by 5:00pm.


Large Products Deliveries

You will be e-mailed/telephoned with the consignment details directly by the transport company to arrange a suitable time for delivery. 

To keep our cost to you as low as possible, the standard Pallet Deliveries are made by a single driver, who will not be able to move large items. They will deliver your order on a pallet to the outside of your address and for heavy and bulky items, this means that you may need to arrange for someone to be available to help you move your goods. Some drivers may assist with moving heavy items, but others due to age or physical issues will not be willing to.


All Product Deliveries

At the delivery address the courier will require a signature before handing over the goods so please ensure someone is there on the day of delivery. If you live in a block of flats or any communal building identification will need to be shown before any goods are left. (This is done to protect your from fraud).
