How We Arrange Your Delivery
All times for delivery are quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse, NOT from when the order is placed. If for any reason you place an order and a product cannot be delivered within the timescale advised then we will get in touch with you to give you the chance to change what you have ordered. Please don’t plan for an installer to be at the delivery address until your order has been delivered and checked. (We won’t cover any costs for abortive installations if an item arrives damaged after transit or it’s not suitable for your requirements).
Methods For Delivery
The courier that your goods are sent with will depend on the size and weight of your order. The courier chosen for your delivery will advise on when your order has left us and you’ll be sent tracking information to advise you further on delivery. You will also receive contact details for the courier at this point.
Small Products Deliveries
An email will be sent to you with your consignment number and courier details. This will allow you to track your order online. Our interactive email and SMS service then allows you to rearrange your delivery if required.
Large Products Deliveries
With our larger deliveries you will receive an email or telephone call with the delivery details. These will come directly from the courier who will arrange a delivery date.
To ensure costs are kept low for you our One Man (Standard) Pallet Deliveries are fulfilled by a single person who won’t be able to manoeuvre large parcels by themselves. The delivery will be made to the outside of your address on a pallet so please ensure someone is available to assist the driver in unloading and moving your delivery.
All Product Deliveries
At the delivery address the courier will require a signature before handing over the goods so please ensure someone is there on the day of delivery. If you live in a block of flats or any communal building identification will need to be shown before any goods are left. (This is done to protect your from fraud).
